My favorite❤️❤️ pizza egg❤️❤️

Today I woke up in a good mood and figured I could as well make my favorite Pizza Egg. It’s not what it sounds, it’s a slight alteration to the original Spanish omelette. My Dad used to make it for us when we were young. I remember how special it was because he did it once in a blue moon. Wait is that why the blue moon vodka is called blue moon? You shouldn’t drink it too often? ? Well today my brother and cousin came visiting and I needed some muscles to move things around the house so what better way than to make a scrumptious breakfast then ask for my favor???? and it worked.
Then them being guys bread needs Blueband and I don’t have some in the house. I went to the shop and bought the 15 bob one and transferred to one of the small tins I have in the house. What a genius idea… It looked very presentable and showed nothing like I was on a budget. gosh i actually paid 15 bob and its clearly written 10 bob, I am heading back to that shop right away.

I hope I can manage to pass on this yummy recipe. It’s very easy to prepare and tastes naturally delicious no spices at all.
Step 1: Dice onions and put in pan to fry till golden brown.
Mine has a tablespoon blend of garlic, ginger and vegetable cooking oil. I will share that later.
Step 2: Add cubed tomatoes and green bell pepper, we call it hoho. Let it slow cook till it forms a paste. Add salt to taste.


Step 3: Add beat up eggs stir in a little to ensure they mix well then cover and reduce the heat. Let it cook till the doneness you want. Mine cooked for 5 mins.
Viola I present to you the yummiest pizza in the world made out of love.
Everytime I make this pizza egg I can’t help but laugh. My friends keep reminding me how long I take to make this especially if I am cooking for a larger group of people. That I have to cut the ingredients in precision ????? in my defense I think it’s the utali in me.
Ohhh well this pizza is life just look at the thickness… OMGOODNESS¡!¡
Well this being my favorite part of making breakfast, to hell with the sausages and bacon this is the real deal. I also put honey in the small container since I find that using honey in the bigger tin I but it with gets to messy. I think I should consider transferring all my breakfast items in smaller manageable portions.
I am also in love with this nakumatt apricot jam. The other day I was walking in the empty shelves of Nakumatt and it got my attention. It even has real fruit chunks in it. Very yum yum.

My breakfast bribe ???. Hopefully i will soon be doing a nutrition profile review on eggs.
